Let's Get you organised!

Do you struggle with being organised in your business? Have trouble keeping on top of everything and knowing where things are at? Need some help getting everything in order? Don’t worry, there are a few different things we can look at to help you be more organised. Co-ordinating things (and people) is part of what I do. Let’s take a closer look at a few examples below.

Want someone to take care of your client bookings for you? Or maybe you need help scheduling your weekly tasks? We can take a look at how you are currently doing things and work out a better way to manage your day. From time blocking your calendar to implementing a booking system for clients, there are lots of ways we can make this process easier and work more efficiently for you.

Procedures or processes could relate to anything from employee training manuals, day to day procedures or even your whole process for onboarding new clients; or anything in between.

Having good systems and processes set up in your business is key to getting organised  (and staying that way)

Here are some of the benefits of having documented systems/ procedures in place for your business:

  • Helps you stay organised!
  • Ensures consistency
  • Reduces the chances of you (or others) missing things
  • Makes it easier to train new staff
  • Helps you identify areas for improvement or ways you can streamline things
  • Can also help you identify which tasks you can outsource or automate to make your life easier

When was the last time you reviewed your processes? It’s important to regularly review your processes as the way you do things naturally changes as you go along, so you need to ensure your processes reflect this and are kept current.

I can help you review and update your procedures and processes. And if you don’t have any in place yet, I can help you to develop some.

How do you keep track of the tasks on your to do list? There are lots of different options out there, but I believe you need to do what works for you. There is no point in having a fancy task tracking app if you don’t like using it. I personally use a mixture of more ‘old school’ methods like diaries and calendars combined with some more modern tech options (like Trello and Clickup). If you are feeling a little lost with all the options out there, or your current system isn’t working for you, let’s have a chat and see if we can come up with a system that works for you. And of course I can help you get it all set up how you want it and assist with ongoing management of your tasks if required.
